Evenly spread out potatoes (3 sweet) onto a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil (2 tbsp), ground turmeric (2 tsp), [null salt] and [null black pepper]. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 25 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
