Instructions

    Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender or [food processor] and blend on high.

    Remove the lid, and using a spatula, push down any large chunks on the walls of the [food processor]. Taste and add [salt] to taste. Add the ice (1 cup) and blend for 2 minutes or until smooth.

    Place in the refrigerator before serving if you prefer a chilled [hummus]. Pour into a small bowl to serve and garnish with [dried parsley flakes].
