Preheat the oven to 400 F.

Peel outer layers from heads garlic (3 whole), leaving heads intact. Trim tops to expose cloves.

Wrap each [garlic head] in foil. Bake on a baking sheet for 35 minutes until soft and slightly browned.

Let cool, then remove roasted [garlic cloves].

In a blender, combine [roasted garlic], vegan mayo (0.5 cup), silken soft tofu (0.5 cup), salt (0.25 tsp), and fresh lemon juice (3.5 tsp).
