Instructions

    Place on a baking sheet and place under the broiler. Carefully rotating every 3-4 minutes until the entire pepper (1 red) is blackened.

    Let cool to room temperature or leave overnight.

    Peel all the skin off, remove the stem and seeds. Discard.

    Slice pepper (1 red) into strips.

    Use immediately or place in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
