Instructions

    Add the ripe bananas (2 frozen), chopped ripe pineapple (0.25 cup) (optional), light coconut milk (1 cup), matcha green tea powder (2 tsp), and cup frozen spinach or kale (1 heaping) to a blender. Blend on high until creamy and smooth. Use only as much coconut milk as needed for blending, aiming for a scoopable to drinkable consistency.

    Taste and adjust flavor: add more [banana] or [stevia] for sweetness, more [matcha green tea powder] for intense tea flavor, or more [coconut milk] for creaminess. [pineapple] adds a tartness, add more if desired.
