Trim and peel [kohlrabi]. Cut off two ends. Cut in half from top to bottom. Thinly slice, rotate and slice again, making 0.25 inch matchsticks.

Place in a large bowl with chopped cilantro (0.5 cup), chopped scallions (0.25 cup), jalapeno (0.5 minced), zest from orange (1), and zest from lime (1).

Whisk olive oil (0.25 cup), fresh orange juice (0.25 cup), lime juice (0.125 cup) plus lime juice (1 tbsp), agave (0.25 cup), kosher salt (0.5 tsp), and vinegar (1 tbsp) together in a small bowl. Toss with salad. Refrigerate until serving. Garnish with zest and cilantro.
