
Homemade Pita Chips
Learn how to make perfectly crispy and flavorful homemade pita chips in under 15 minutes! These seasoned pita chips are incredibly easy to prepare, making them an ideal snack or accompaniment to your favorite dips.

Preheat the oven to 400ºF/200ºC. Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat, parchment paper or greased foil.

Slice each breads (2 pita) into 8 triangles. Arrange them on the baking sheet, ensuring they don't touch.

In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder (0.5 teaspoon), onion powder (0.25 teaspoon), ground black pepper (0.5 teaspoon), [paprika] and sea salt (0.5 teaspoon). Spray or brush the [pita breads] with olive oil (1 tbsp), then sprinkle half of the seasoning mix evenly over them. Flip the chips, apply more [olive oil], and sprinkle with the remaining seasonings.

Bake for 8 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Check at 6 minutes and rotate the pan if necessary for even browning. Remove and let them cool completely.
