
Chili Lime Roasted Pepitas

Add all ingredients (pepitas (1 cup), lime juice (1.5 tbsp), maple syrup (1.5 tsp), chili powder (2 tsp), sea salt (0.25 tsp), and cayenne (0.25 tsp) (optional)) to the prepared baking sheet. Mix with clean hands or a wooden spoon to evenly coat the [pepitas] with spices. Spread them into a relatively even layer.

Bake for 7-12 minutes or until the [pepitas] are lightly browned, stirring halfway. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
