
Crockpot 15 Bean Soup

Add 15 bean blend (1 pound), onion (1), garlic (6 cloves), carrots (6), celery (3 stalks), black pepper (1 tsp), red pepper flakes (0.25 tsp), dried thyme (1 tsp), leaves (2 bay), vegetable broth (6 cups) and diced tomatoes (1 can) to the slow cooker.

Cover the slow cooker insert and place in the refrigerator overnight (8-12 hours) to soak the beans.
