Instructions

    Preheat your oven to 350˚F and grease a standard loaf pan.

    In a large mixing bowl, whisk together non dairy milk (1 cup), unsweetened applesauce (0.25 cup), coconut oil (0.33 cup), and vanilla extract (1.5 tsp).

    Add all purpose flour (2 cup), cane sugar (0.75 cup), baking powder (1 tbsp), and salt (0.5 tsp) to the wet ingredients and mix with a spatula until combined.

    In a separate small bowl, combine brown sugar (0.5 cup) and ground cinnamon (1 tbsp) to create the spice mixture.

    Layer the loaf pan by pouring in half the batter, then half the spice mixture. Repeat with the remaining batter and the rest of the spice mix.

    Zigzag a butter knife through the batter from left to right to create a marbled effect.
