Remove the silken tofu (10.5 oz) from the fridge 1 hour before preparing. It is important for the tofu to be at room temperature. If it is too cold, the chocolate can start to solidify in the blender, and you will lose the smooth texture.

In a heat-safe bowl, melt the 70% dark chocolate (5 oz) in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each round, until fully melted.

Add the silken tofu (10.5 oz) and melted 70% dark chocolate (5 oz) to a blender and blend until completely smooth. This usually takes about 2 minutes, with short breaks if needed. Pour the mixture into jars and refrigerate overnight to set.
