
Bean Barley Tabbouleh
This vibrant salad is a refreshing addition to any meal. Light yet satisfying, it bursts with crisp vegetables, nutty barley, and zesty herbs.

In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil (4 tbsp), lemon juice (3 tbsp), garlic (1 clove), sea salt (0.5 tsp), and [black pepper].
