
Whole Wheat Bread
This simple whole wheat bread is a hearty, wholesome, and nourishing loaf that requires only five ingredients and zero kneading. Perfectly rustic and delicious when enjoyed fresh, it also makes the ultimate base for avocado toast or a side for your favorite vegan soups.

Add the whole wheat flour (4 cup), instant yeast (1 packet), and salt (0.5 tsp) to a mixing bowl and mix well.

Dissolve the maple syrup (2 tsp) in the warm water (2 cup), then pour into the dry ingredients.

Mix until you have a sticky, well-combined dough. Do not knead.
