Heat a small pan over medium-high heat. Toast the raw walnuts (0.5 cup) and raw pine nuts (0.5 cup) until fragrant for 3-5 minutes, stirring continuously. Transfer them to a food processor.

To the same food processor, add the fresh basil leaves (1.5 cup), arugula (1 cup), nutritional yeast flakes (0.33 cup), olive oil (0.25 cup), water (0.25 cup), cloves (2 garlic), lemon (1) juice, ground black pepper (0.25 tsp), and flaky sea salt (0.25 tsp). Blend on high speed until smooth.
