Instructions

    Chill your cocktail glass by filling it with [ice].

    Add plenty of [ice] and oz vegan vermouth (0.5 fl) to your shaker/stirring glass and stir to coat the ice. Strain away the excess.

    Add oz gin (2.5 fl) to the shaker/stirring glass and stir for 30 seconds to chill and dilute.

    Strain into the chilled cocktail glass and garnish with either a twist of [lemon peel] or some [green olives]. If using [green olives], try to use non-oily ones.
