
Apple Rosemary Gin Cocktail
This refreshing cocktail offers a seasonal twist on the classic gin drink. It features a fragrant agave-rosemary syrup, bright lemon and apple juices, all combined with gin for a perfect balance of sweet, tart, and herbal notes. A delightful beverage for any occasion.

Place the water (0.5 cup), agave syrup (0.5 cup) and rosemary (3 sprig) in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let steep for minutes (10). Cool completely, then store leftover syrup in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Fill a cocktail shaker with [ice cubes]. Add the gin (0.25 cup), lemon juice (2 tbsp), apple juice (2 tbsp) and agave syrup (2 tbsp). Shake well to combine and strain into a glass. Garnish with a [rosemary sprig] and [apple slices].
