Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large baking tray or multiple small with parchment paper.

Cut the vegan challah bread (1 loaf) into 1 inch thick slices, then cut each slice into four equal sticks.

In a blender, combine the silken tofu (1 block), unsweetened dairy free milk (2 cups), ground flaxseed (0.25 cup), cinnamon (2 tsp), nutmeg (0.25 tsp), and vanilla (1 tbsp). Blend until smooth. Pour into a shallow dish.
