In a small bowl, whisk together the almond milk (1 cup), maple syrup (1 tbsp), millet flour (2 tbsp), nutritional yeast (1 tbsp), cinnamon (1 tsp), freshly ground nutmeg (0.25 tsp) and [a tiny pinch salt].
