
Vegan Dumplings
These deliciously fluffy dumplings are a quick and easy vegan comfort food. Perfectly steam-cooked in your favorite stew or casserole, they're the ideal addition to any hearty meal.

Combine the plain flour (100 g) and baking powder (1 tsp) in a bowl.

Stir in the vegetable suet (50 g).

Season well with [salt] and [black pepper], then add the chopped fresh parsley (1 tbsp) and dried thyme (0.5 tsp) (if using).

Gradually add [water] a little at a time until the mixture comes together to form a dough.

Divide the [dough] into 6 equal sections and roll each into a round ball.
