
Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Melt the dairy free chocolate chips (0.5 cup) over a double boiler. If using cocoa butter (1 tbsp), add it simultaneously.

In a large bowl, whip the aquafaba (3 oz) in a stand mixer or hand mixer until stiff peaks form.

Add the powdered sugar (3 tbsp) and beat with a mixer.
