
Vegan Chocolate Mousse
Satisfy your dessert cravings with this creamy, rich, decadent Chocolate Mousse. Made with wholesome ingredients and naturally fruit-sweetened, this healthier dessert is the perfect indulgent treat.

Add the ripe avocados (2 large), medjool dates (1 cup), and raw cacao powder (0.25 cup) to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.

Adjust sweetness with additional [medjool dates] or [maple syrup] if desired.

Serve in a glass jar or nut crusts (instructions below). Top with cacao nibs (2 tbsp).

Enjoy immediately or chill for 2 hours until firm.

Add the almonds (1 cup), unsweetened shredded coconut (0.5 cup), and dates (10 medjool) to a clean food processor. Blend until crumbled to a coarse sand texture.

Scoop out tbsp (2) of the mixture and form into a ball. If it crumbles, blend again and add another [medjool date].

Press the crust into a greased or lined tart pan, mini tart pan, ramekins, or muffin tins.
