
Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies
These vegan chocolate chip cookies are a delightful treat made with just seven easy ingredients. Enjoy gooey, moist, and utterly satisfying cookies that everyone will adore, all while being gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free.

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.

In a medium bowl add the gluten free baking flour (1 cup), baking powder (0.5 tsp), and salt (0.25 tsp). Mix together.

Stir in the vanilla extract (1 tsp), agave nectar (0.25 cup), creamy peanut butter (4 tbsp), unsweetened applesauce (4 oz). Stir until fully combined.

Fold in the dark chocolate (3 oz), crushed, and mini chocolate chips (0.25 cup).

Mixture will be slightly sticky. Drop the dough onto baking sheet by the tablespoon.

They were not spread out during being baked so make sure you have them looking the way you want them to look. I personally like to flatten them and make them more of a circle cookie.

Bake them for 8-11 minutes or until they have risen and are golden brown.
