Instructions

    Tip the whole raw almonds (100 g) and cashews (100 g) into a bowl.

    Add the white wine vinegar (200 ml) to cover and soak for minutes (120).

    Drain the nuts and pat them dry with paper towels, discarding the leftover vinegar.

    Toss the nuts with vegetable oil (1 tsp) and sea salt (1 tsp), then spread them onto a lined baking tray.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for minutes (20), stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
