Put the caster sugar (45 g) in a small pan with water (150 ml) and rosemary sprigs (2 sprigs). Bring to the boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for [1-2 mins] until the [caster sugar] dissolves. Remove from the heat; set aside to cool. Remove the [rosemary sprigs].

In a large jug, mix the [juice from 4 lemons] and [juice from 2 oranges] with the cooled [caster sugar] syrup. Divide between 6 tall glasses filled with [ice cubes]. Top up with soda water (1 litre). Serve with rosemary sprigs (1 sprig) and lemon (1 sliced).
