Bring a large pot of [water] to a boil. Add salt (1 tsp) and pasta (300 g). Cook according to package instructions for about 10 minutes until al dente. Reserve pasta water (100 ml) before draining.

While the [pasta] cooks, prepare the sauce. In a food processor, combine spinach (100 g), fresh basil (50 g), garlic (2 cloves), olive oil (50 ml), plant milk (100 ml), vegan parmesan (30 g), the juice of lemon (0.5), and black pepper (0.5 tsp). Blend until smooth.

Add the reserved [pasta water] to the [green sauce] if needed to reach desired consistency.

Drain the cooked [pasta] and return it to the pot. Pour the [green sauce] over the [pasta] and toss to combine.
