Pour the passata (500 g) into a large saucepan and stir in the black olives (75 g), capers (30 g), sun dried tomatoes (75 g), salt (1 tsp) and water (500 ml). Bring the mixture to a simmer.

Add the linguine (350 g) and use tongs to stir the pasta into the sauce as it softens. Cook uncovered for 11-12 mins, until the pasta is al dente and the sauce has reduced to coat it.
