Instructions

    Add the chopped tomatoes (400 g), balsamic glaze (1 tbsp), maple syrup (1 tsp), and 100ml water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in fresh parsley (2 tbsp) and brazil nuts (50 g). Serve alongside toasted sourdough (1 slice) if desired.
