
Crispy Baked Tortilla Bowls
These homemade baked tortilla bowls are super crispy, require no deep fryer, are ready in just 20 minutes, and are perfect for loading with vegan taco salad, chili, plant-based fajitas, and more!

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Pour neutral oil (0.5 tbsp) in the middle of each [extra large flour tortillas]. Sprinkle some [garlic powder] and [salt] to taste. Use your hands or a cooking brush to spread the oil and seasoning evenly over the tortilla. Flip and repeat on the other side.

Grab an oven-safe bowl that fits the [extra large flour tortillas]. Slowly place the oiled tortilla into the bowl and gently make small folds to create wavy edges without breaking the tortilla. (See photo for reference).

Place the bowl on the middle rack of the oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden.

When ready, carefully remove the tortilla from the oven-safe bowl and place it on a cooling rack. This prevents it from getting soggy as it cools down and hardens.

Fill with your favorite taco salad or other fillings and enjoy!
