Halve avocados (2), remove pits, and score flesh into a 0.5 inch grid.

Scoop avocados (2) flesh into a large bowl. Partially mash with two forks until almost desired consistency.

Add jalapeno (1.5), red onion (2.5 tbsp), tomatoes (0.5 roma), cilantro (0.25 cup), juice (0.5 lime), and salt (0.25 tsp). Fold ingredients, mashing until desired consistency.

Run a squeezed [lime] wedge along the bowl rim. Serve fresh. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
