Blend all of the [jalapeno peppers], garlic (8 cloves), brown sugar (0.5 cup), salt (1 tbsp), and apple cider vinegar (1 cup) until smooth in your blender or food processor.

Transfer the mixture to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Stir constantly for [5-10 minutes], or until thickened enough to cling to your spoon/spatula.

For an even smoother sauce, transfer back to the blender once cool and puree again. Do NOT blend hot sauce.
