Rinse all of the [fruit] and [vegetables], then roughly chop them.

Add water (125 ml) to a high-powered blender, followed by the romaine lettuce (0.25 head) and spinach (35 g), then the remaining cucumber (0.25 large), broccoli (100 g), chopped parsley (1 tbsp), apple (1 large), pear (1 large), orange (1), and finish with the ice cubes (1 handful). Blend until all ingredients are liquefied and creamy. If your blender is less powerful, blend in stages starting with the water (125 ml), romaine lettuce (0.25 head), spinach (35 g), cucumber (0.25 large), and broccoli (100 g), then add the chopped parsley (1 tbsp) and apple (1 large), then the pear (1 large) and orange (1), and finally the lemon juice (0.5 lemon) and ice cubes (1 handful).

Pour into bowls and decorate with your chosen fruit and nuts. For example, ripe pineapple, golden kiwi, chopped dried mango, chopped toasted hazelnuts, fresh raspberries, a sprinkle of desiccated coconut and coconut flour, and a few Greek basil leaves could be used.
