In a separate bowl, whisk together the soy sauce (0.25 cup), vegetable broth (2 tbsp), rice vinegar (1.5 tbsp), toasted sesame oil (2 tbsp), maple syrup (1 tbsp), tahini (2 tbsp), sriracha (2 tsp), and ground ginger (0.5 tsp).
