Place the raw cashews (2 cup) in a bowl and cover with cool water. Soak in the refrigerator for 12 hours.

Drain the cashews and add to a food processor with garlic cloves (2 clove), garlic powder (0.5 tsp), lemon zest (1), lemon juice (0.25 cup), water (0.5 cup), nutritional yeast (2 tbsp), sea salt (0.5 tsp), and olive oil (2 tbsp).

Process until very smooth and creamy, adding extra water only if needed to blend.
