
Everything Bagel Crackers
These vegan Everything Bagel Crackers are a quick and easy snack, made with just four ingredients and seasoned with the famous Everything Bagel Seasoning. Perfect with hummus or soup, they are a delightful homemade alternative to store-bought crackers.

In a bowl, mix the whole wheat pastry flour (1 cup), salt (0.25 tsp), and everything but the bagel seasoning (2 tbsp). Combine well.

Add neutral oil (2 tbsp) and mix until evenly distributed and crumbs form.

Gradually add cold water (4 tbsp) (1-2 tbsp at a time) to form a slightly firm, non-sticky dough.

Let the dough rest for 5 minutes. Knead briefly until smooth. Roll out the dough between two parchment sheets to 1-2 mm thick.

Score the rolled dough using a pizza cutter or sharp knife. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 15 minutes, then check. Move crackers around and bake longer if needed, until crispy. Baking with a fan is optional but recommended if available.
