Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Toast the nuts (0.75 cup) on a rimmed baking sheet for 6 to 9 minutes until fragrant. Transfer to a cutting board and roughly chop.

    Melt the vegan chocolate (12 oz) in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring after each. Continue stirring off heat until completely dissolved.

    Cover a large, rimmed baking sheet with [parchment paper]. Use a [spatula] to spread the [vegan chocolate] evenly over the center, aiming for about 0.25 inch thickness.
