In a food processor, blend the cooked chickpeas (2.5 cup), roasted sunflower seeds (0.5 cup), fresh dill (0.5 cup), fresh cilantro (0.5 cup), chickpea flour (0.25 cup), onion (1 medium), cloves (2 garlic), lemon (0.5), ground cumin (2 tsp), coriander powder (1 tsp), salt (0.5 tsp), and cayenne pepper (0.5 tsp) until well combined.

Scoop about chickpea mixture (2 tbsp) and form into 1 cm (0.5 inch) thick patties.

Heat vegetable oil (2 tbsp) in a large pan over medium-high heat. Fry falafel patties in batches for minutes (4) per side, until golden. Repeat with remaining falafels.
