These vibrant nachos are perfect for snacking, dinner, or game day. This completely vegan and gluten-free recipe features tortilla chips generously topped with dairy-free cheese and an array of fresh vegetables, making it the ultimate crowd-pleaser.

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F. For a quicker option, place under broiler for 2-3 minutes.

Place the tortilla chips (2 cups) on a 9x13 baking sheet and top with the dairy free cheese (0.25 cup).

Place in oven for 5-10 minutes until [dairy free cheese] has melted.

Remove carefully, place black beans (0.25 cup), corn (0.25 cup), cherry tomatoes (0.25 cup) (quartered), fresh salsa (0.25 cup), pickled jalapenos (2 tbsp), green onions (1 tbsp) (chopped), and more [dairy free cheese] on top. Place back in oven for just 1-2 more minutes. Save avocado (0.25) (cubed) and fresh cilantro (1 tbsp) (chopped) for later.
