Add all the [chickpeas], vegan mayonnaise (0.25 cup), red onion (2 tbsp), fresh parsley (2 tbsp), pickles (2 tbsp), curry powder (1 tbsp), raisins (3 tbsp), [squeeze of lime], dijon mustard (0.5 tsp), and [sea salt] and [black pepper] to a bowl. Mash with a potato masher, fork, or pastry cutter until just combined. Alternatively, pulse 5 times in a food processor.
