Wash and scrub the potatoes (2 baking) and dry with a [clean tea towel] – dry skin will ensure it’ll be crispy once baked.

Rub each [potatoes] with olive oil (1 tsp) and season with a [small pinch sea salt], then use a [fork] to pierce it six times, all around the [potatoes].
