
Crispy Air Fryer Cauliflower
These golden, panko-crusted cauliflower florets are seasoned with a bold blend of smoked paprika and garlic, then air-fried until perfectly crispy. A quick and easy plant-based side dish or savory snack that pairs beautifully with vegan ranch or chipotle sauce.

In a shallow dish, whisk together panko bread crumbs (1 cup), smoked paprika (1.5 tsp), garlic powder (0.5 tsp), onion powder (0.5 tsp), cayenne pepper (0.5 tsp), and tsp sea salt (0.25 heaping).

In a separate small bowl, prepare the egg (1 flax) and allow it to thicken for a few minutes.
