Instructions

    Pulse the pitted dates (1 cup) in a food processor until soft and broken down.

    Add the coconut butter (1.5 tbsp), rolled oats (0.5 cup), and unsweetened shredded coconut (1 tbsp). Process until all ingredients combine and form a ball of dough.

    Use your hands to shape the dough into approximately 8 smaller balls, or any desired size.

    Roll the balls in your desired toppings, such as coconut, ground flax, chia seeds, or hemp seeds. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer, or enjoy immediately.

    If storing in the freezer, allow the balls approximately minutes (5) to defrost slightly before eating.
