In a mug, whisk together the water (2 tbsp), sugar (2 tbsp), and tahini (2 tbsp) for 30 seconds until fully combined.

Add the all purpose flour (1.5 tbsp), almond flour (1 tbsp), baking powder (0.25 tsp), [pinch sea salt], and [pinch ground cinnamon]. Stir for about 20 seconds, ensuring all dry ingredients are incorporated from the bottom of the mug. Fold in the chocolate chips (1.5 tbsp) and sprinkle some on top.

Microwave for 65-70 seconds. It's okay if it's slightly undercooked as it will continue to cook while cooling. Remove and let cool for 3 minutes. Alternatively, bake in an oven-safe 3.5-inch ramekin at 350F for 25 minutes, then cool for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt and enjoy!
