
Chocolate Coconut Balls
These simple no-bake coconut truffles are chewy, rich, and naturally sweetened. With just five ingredients, they offer a perfect balance of sweet shredded coconut and dark vegan chocolate, making them an ideal quick snack or holiday treat.

In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut (3 cup), almond flour (1 cup), maple syrup (0.75 cup), and coconut milk (0.25 cup) until a thick dough forms. If the mixture is too dry, add an extra dash of milk.

Lightly wet your hands and form the dough into 40 small balls. Place them on a plate lined with parchment paper and freeze until firm.

Place vegan chocolate chips (1.5 cup) in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 30-second increments until smooth.
