Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour bottom and sides of a 9-by-5-by-3-inch loaf pan and set aside.

Whisk all purpose flour (2 cups), granulated sugar (0.75 cup), baking soda (0.75 teaspoon), table salt (0.5 teaspoon), and pecans (1 cup) together in a large bowl; set aside.

In a medium bowl, mix bananas (3), plain plant yogurt (0.25 cup), egg (2 flax), plant butter (6 tbsp), vanilla extract (1.5 teaspoons) and vegan chocolate (1 cup). Gently fold banana mixture into dry ingredients until just combined. Scrape batter into prepared loaf pan.
