Instructions

    Dry the cucumbers (1 english) with a paper towel. Crush it with a cleaver or meat pounder, then cut into bite-size pieces and place into a bowl.

    Add the garlic (3 cloves) on top of the cucumber.

    Combine chinese black vinegar (1 tbsp), light soy sauce (1 tbsp), sugar (1 tsp), salt (0.5 tsp) and sesame oil (0.5 tsp) in a small bowl and mix well.

    Right before serving, pour the sauce mixture over the cucumber and mix well.

    (Optional) Drizzle chili oil (2 tsp) or add chili crisp (1 tbsp) for an extra kick.
