Heat the olive oil (2 tbsp) in a pan. Add the onion (1 white) and fry for minutes (5).

Add the garlic cloves (2 clove) and fry for minute (1).

Stir in the chipotle paste (1 tbsp), cumin (1 tbsp), cayenne pepper (0.5 tbsp), smoked paprika (0.5 tbsp), maple syrup (1 tsp), salt (1 tsp), and pepper (0.5 tsp).

Add the bag microwavable brown rice (1 250g), black beans (200 g), breadcrumbs (200 g), and ground almonds (2 tbsp) to the pan, stirring to combine.

Transfer the mixture to a food processor and blend until a thick batter forms.

Pour the burger batter into a mixing bowl and fold in the remaining black beans (40 g) (from the 240g can). Season to taste.

Shape the mixture into patties (4 burger).

Warm some [olive oil] in a pan over medium heat. Fry the patties (4 burger) on both sides until cooked through.

Assemble the burgers in buns (4 burger), layering with [guacamole], [salsa], [iceberg lettuce], [plant-based grated cheese], and crushed [nachos]. Serve with [oven fries].
