Add the sweet potato (4 cup), chili powder (1 tsp), ground cumin (1 tbsp), and [pinch cayenne powder]. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently to avoid sticking. When the sweet potato is tender, add [to_taste salt] and [to_taste pepper] and remove from heat.
