Brownie Bliss Balls
These incredibly fudgy, rich brownie bliss balls are made with wholesome ingredients, including almond pulp leftover from making homemade almond milk! Just 20 minutes, 7 ingredients, and 1 food processor are required for this perfect healthier snack or dessert.
Instructions
- 1
Add raw walnuts (1 cup) to a food processor and pulse into a meal. Then add packed pitted dates (0.5 cup), almond meal (0.67 cup), cocoa powder (0.33 cup), hemp seeds (3 tbsp), sea salt (0.25 tsp), and creamy almond butter (3 tbsp). Mix/pulse to combine until a moist, dough-like mixture forms. If too wet, add a bit more [cocoa powder] or [hemp seeds].
- 2
Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Scoop out rounded tablespoon amounts and carefully form into about 14 balls. The dough will be somewhat stiff, so use the warmth of your hands to gently form/roll.
- 3
Roll in extra [hemp seeds] or [cocoa powder] (optional). For a fudgy, sticky outer texture, roll in [cocoa powder]. For less-sticky bites, roll in [hemp seeds] or [cacao nibs].
- 4
Store leftovers in a well-sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
