
Fluffy Blueberry Pancakes

Add all of the dry ingredients (all-purpose or whole wheat flour (1.5 cups), baking powder (1.5 tbsp), salt (0.5 tsp), and cinnamon (0.75 tsp)) to a large mixing bowl. Stir to combine.

Add in the plant milk (1.75 cups), maple syrup (2 tbsp), vanilla extract (1 tsp), and mashed banana (2 tbsp), and mix everything well until it has a uniform consistency.
