    Prepare crust: Mix all purpose flour (2 cups) and salt (1 pinch) in a [large bowl], then cut in cold vegan butter (0.66 cup) with a [fork] or [pastry cutter] until well combined.

    Drizzle ice cold water (3 tbsp) over the mixture and mix with a [wooden spoon] until a dough forms. It should be moist but not sticky. Add more [all purpose flour] if too wet.
